Weight Loss Project: Week 3

For the sake of continuity, I have posted the photo for Weight Loss Project Week 3. I am, however, ashamed to do so.

The wife and I were out sick from work three days last week. During this time we ate too much junk food and drank too much sugary stuff. Obviously the gym was out of the question. Looking at the comparison photos I'm almost positive I've gained from the previous week. I will need to seriously examine my weight loss strategy to repair this trainwreck.

On the good side, I have scheduled time with my new doctor's office to have a physical and get some information on how to improve my overall health. I should have more information to work with after the first week of December.
